Half Frog Pose (Ardha Bhekasana)

The trick to a well-aligned ARDHA BHEKASANA (Half Frog Pose) is to keep the chest moving forward and the navel lifted. While focusing on the extreme flexion in the knee, it’s easy to forget about the back and to collapse in the torso. Use the prep work in Sphinx to remember to roll the shoulders back, engage the core, and move the heart forward. You’ll be leaping to frog in no time!
